Policies:
Any claim or controversy developed out of or relating to this Viewer Agreement or Truck-Sales (10.SERVICES) shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable rules of the American Arbitration Association or necessary Arbitration Association. Any such claim or controversy shall be arbitrated on an individual basis, and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance to CRTC and FCC regulations as well as the Telecommunications Act, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered into any court having jurisdiction over a party. Truck-Sales may seek an injunction or any interim or preliminary relief from a court of competent jurisdiction necessary to protect associates and all the employees of Truck-Sales rights or property pending the completion of arbitration.
